Have baked a couple of batches of croissants using the T45 flour and it is excellent. Makes the lamination process so much easier and the croissants are delicious.

Kati was very nice and helpful. Picking up the product was very easy however, the location was a little bit confusing. The price of the product was a bit more expensive online than what I'm used to paying.
